Privacy Policy
This policy explains the main categories of information Zorano processes to operate the service and how privacy-sensitive product features are separated by role.
Account information
Zorano may process information needed to create and secure an account, such as a display name, username, email address, verification status and authentication-related technical data.
Workspace information
Boards may contain cards, descriptions, comments, mentions, attachments, labels, due dates, member assignments, activity history and other project information entered by users.
Private Work & Payments information
When a board enables Work & Payments, compensation rates, work quantities, approvals and payout records are treated as role-restricted information. Ordinary members do not receive other members' private rates or payout amounts through the normal board data flow.
AI Assistant Beta
When an authorized Owner/Admin invokes Zorano AI, relevant board context needed to answer the request may be sent to the configured AI provider. The assistant is permission-gated and the beta is enabled only for selected boards/users. Sensitive payment context is requested only for payment-related questions.
Security and access
Zorano uses role-based permissions, email verification and registration-protection measures. No internet service can promise absolute security; account owners should use strong passwords and manage team access carefully.
Your choices
Users can contact Zorano about account, access or privacy questions through the site contact page. Workspace owners are responsible for deciding what information their teams place into shared boards and who they invite.
