These Terms govern use of Zorano. By using the service, users agree to use their accounts, boards and collaboration features responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for the security of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account. Board Owners/Admins are responsible for managing invitations, roles and access to their workspaces.

Plans

The free plan currently includes one board and up to five members. Zorano Pro is currently priced at $5 USD per month and removes those board/member limits. Features, limits and pricing may evolve as the service develops; material changes should be communicated on the public site.

AI Assistant Beta

Zorano AI is a beta feature and can make mistakes. AI-generated analysis, research and proposed actions should be reviewed by an authorized human. Zorano AI does not autonomously execute destructive board deletion or payment mutations in the current beta architecture.

Work & Payments

The Work & Payments module is an operational recordkeeping tool. It is not payroll, banking, accounting, tax or legal advice. Users remain responsible for actual payments, employment/contractor classification, tax obligations and financial compliance.

Acceptable use

Users must not use Zorano to abuse other people, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Availability and changes

Zorano is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, limited or retired as the product develops. Beta features may have additional limits or may be unavailable to some accounts.

Content and responsibility

Users and workspace owners are responsible for the project content they upload, the permissions they grant and the decisions they make based on project or AI-generated information.
